Tickets.
Your Santa session.
Your booked time slot is your Santa session start time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time to check-in.
Capacity is limited for each session therefore individual tickets must be pre-booked for children and adults/seniors. Children under 1 year do not need a ticket but part of a booking with at least one adult and one paid child. Children under 1 year will not receive a souvenir gift.
During your visit.
In groups, you'll enter The Library to meet Santa's top team of enchanting elves and enjoy captivating performance (20 minutes).
You will be whisked away into a world of enchantment, where the spirit of Christmas comes alive through heartwarming storytelling, delightful music and an atmosphere filled with festive cheer.
Seeing Santa.
In your individual family booking, you'll then meet Santa and enjoy some time to share your Christmas wishes before receiving a souvenir gift.

Each paid child will receive an exclusive Kingston Christmas Souvenir Snow Globe and Limited Edition 'A Kingston Christmas' story and activity book.

Guest parking is free.
There's no time limit on parking so you are welcome to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Kingston Maurward and Cafe Play Barn* (separate opening times applicable, check for availability)
Accessibility.
Please note: The access from The Library to see Santa is not accessible for wheelchair users but an alternative route will be provided.
The Library and grotto areas are not suitable for pushchairs.
Capture Christmas.
You are welcome to take your own photos during your visit, especially when you meet Santa.

Video recording is strictly prohibited in The Library during the performance part of your visit.
